Soulla has over 25 years in the Market Research Industry holding a number of very senior leadership roles. She was part of the Nielsen EEMEA Executive Committee, the Nielsen Global Consumer Research Leadership team and the Nielsen Global PM&D leadership team. Even though she has worked across teams in all regions, she has spent more than 15 years building teams, coaching and driving a successful Consumer Research business across EEMEA. One of her key learnings is that making the right talent choices and placing them in the right spot has a huge and immediately impact on the success of the broader team and overall business performance.
She has received a number of awards the most important ones being for building strong teams and for developing a successful CR regional unit (received the EEMEA Excellence award for ‘Best CR year in history in 2007). She is also very active within the Industry by presenting at prestigious Industry events such as the 50th Esomar Congress in Edinburgh, the CEE Marketing Summit in Hungary and the ECR Baltics forum in Lithuania. She has also contributed to the 2003 edition of ‘Doing Business In Cyprus’ authoring the sections on Marketing and Market Research. She was the ESOMAR Cyprus Representative between 1999 and 2003. She has started her career in the Statistical department of Indal Business Research (now GFK) in London.
Soulla is a Mathematical and Management Graduate from King's College, University of London.
